In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I am participating in Jillian's blog crawl over at Cornflake Dreams to celebrate Mexico! Most of my friends know that I am always up for anything Mexican inspired - whether it is their always hunger satisfying foods, thirst quenching cocktails, dreamy textiles, inspiring artists, or sunshine days, I find Mexico to be an all-inclusive kinda place.
If the weather were warmer here in Chicago, you better believe I'd be hosting a little bash to celebrate the 5th of May - but because I am still wearing my winter coat and I wouldn't be able to host an appropriate party, I can dream of what it would be like...
I think I would begin here:
and then the par-tay...
I think this would be a pretty fun fiesta if I do say so myself. I can't wait for the day that summer arrives in Chicago and I can pull out my sundresses for outdoor parties and days at the beach. Until then, I will dream of a warm fiesta, filled with refreshing margaritas and sombreros.
To see more blogger fiestas, head over to Cornflake Dreams. Happy Cinco de Mayo my friends!
xoxo

Stopping by from Jillian's linkup. I too wish I could be wearing a brightly colored sundress with a margarita in hand, somewhere outdoors. C'mon Chicago..it's May! Bring us some weather that does not require a coat. :)
I would definitely enjoy your party! I would love to be required to wear a festive dress, too. Great post!
Too cute! I love those little pom-poms out of tissue paper, I just made some for a recent party I had!
Thanks for visiting! Following you back and glad you left me a message so that I can see what goodies you have going on over here!
