My trip to Maine.

Have you been to Maine? I hadn't, and let me tell you, it is beautiful. Full of colonial style homes, rough waters, enormous cliffs, blue hydrangeas, lobsters, and American flags. We went sailing, lounged at the beach, enjoyed a fresh lobster dinner, shopped at some cute boutiques {a home shop called Spaces,  and I purchased my first Baggu lunch bag!}, chomped on some lobster rolls and clams, and strolled around town in the hot, hot sunshine. If you ever have the chance to travel to Maine, go. It is a simple reminder of just how wonderful our nation is - filled with such beauty that I definitely take for granted!

I can almost smell the air... I love Maine. I don't know if I could do winter that far North so I doubt I'll ever live there, but if I make it big or win the lottery, I will probably spend my summers there. In the meantime, I can't wait to go back and visit - it really is so so beautiful there!

I want to go to Maine so freaking bad!!! I went as a kid and kind of sort of remember it, but only because I was terribly sick and had to get a shot in my butt :)

Looks like it was nothing shy of a wonderful time!
